  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused, within 10 business days of initiating the return process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is unopened and unused. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
  5. Please note that we do not offer refunds for opened or used items. Additionally, we do not cover shipping costs for returns. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately so that we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
